NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February, 27, 2015, in Case No. 09-CA-025107 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, is Plaintiff, and Clara Urquidi Mallea, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 10th day of July, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. the judicial sale will be conducted electronically online at the following website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 2427, of Villa Sonoma at International Plaza Condominium, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 14497, page 358 et seq., together with such additions and amendements to said Declaration as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
