Final Judgment was awarded on March 4, 2015 in Civil Case No. 12-CA-008658 , of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, INC. 2007- AHL1, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-AHL1 is the Plaintiff, and BRIAN A. LANTZ; WENDY LANTZ A/K/A WENDY R. LANTZ; EAGLEBROOK PHASE 2 HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; UNKNOWN TENANT #3; UNKNOWN TENANT #4; the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession, are Defendants.
