NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 05, 2015, and entered in 14-CA-002271 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S.BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR SRMOF REO 2011-1 TRUST. is the Plaintiff and PRISCILLA A. WILLIAMS A/K/A PRISCILLA WILLIAMS; FISHHAWK RANCH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PRISCILLA A. WILLIAMS A/K/A PRISCILLA WILLIAMS N/K/A ROB WILLIAMS are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 25, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 6, FISHHAWK RANCH, PHASE 2, PARCEL “I”, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 86, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
