NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 07, 2015, and entered in 12-CA-006664 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO UNION PLANTERS BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ROBERT V. SULLIVAN A/K/A ROBERT SULLIVAN, JR A/K/A ROBERT VINCENT SULLIVAN, JR., DECEASED; ALBERTA SULLIVAN A/K/A ALBERTA A. SULLIVAN ; BRIAN SULLIVAN A/K/A BRIAN S. SULLIVAN; CAMBRIDGE M CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, CINC.; FEDERATION OF KINGS POINT ASSOCIATIONS, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 29, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT 27, CAMBRIDGE “M” REVISED CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 17, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3193, PAGE 112 AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREDT IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
