NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 19, 2015, and entered in Case No. 29-2013-CA-006687 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and ELENA MESA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; COUNTRY CHASE MASTER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; COUNTRY CHASE TOWNHOMES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; COUNTRY CHASE RESIDENTIAL HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 7/7/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
