NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 20, 2015, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-017059 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-AR7 is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH SCIONTI III; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPH SCIONTI III; JOSEPH SCIONTI JR; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPH SCIONTI JR N/K/A SANDRA SCOINTI; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; WESTSHORE YACHT CLUB TOWNHOMES I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; WESTSHORE YACHT CLUB MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; WESTSHORE YACHT CLUB MARINA ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A ANDREW SOKOL, and TENANT #2 N/K/A ANGELA SOKOL are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 7/13/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
