NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 6, 2015, entered in Case No. 12-CA-010953 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Structured Asset Investment Loan Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-1 is the Plaintiff and Miguel Sanabria; Daime Hernandez Daime f/k/a Daime Sanabria; Unknown Spouse of Daime Hernandez a/k/a Daime Sanabria; Unknown Spouse of Miguel Sanabria are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 2nd day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 45, JOHN H. DREW'S FIRST EXTENSION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
