NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 28, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-014890 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and RODERICK MACINTYRE NUSSEY A/K/A RODERICK M. NUSSEY, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21 day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 5426, OF THE GALLERY AT BAYPORT II CONDOMINIUMS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED JULY 26,2007 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 17974, PAGE 752, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS APPURTENANT UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS OF THE CONDOMINIUM, AND TOGETHER WITH ALL EASEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
