NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 8, 2015, and entered in Case No. 29 2014 CA 003332 HC of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, SCHADENFREUDE SECURITIES, LLC, is the Plaintiff, and DARLET TAYLOR A/K/A DARLET J. TAYLOR, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DARLET TAYLOR A/K/A DARLET J. TAYLOR, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR INVESTAID CORPORATION, and HERITAGE ISLES GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants
The Clerk of the Court, PAT FRANK, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at public sale on JULY 27, 2015, at 10:00 AM to the highest bidder for cash at public sale after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. The judicial sale will be conducted electronically online at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the following-described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 71, BLOCK 13, HERITAGE ISLES PHASE 2D, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGE 85, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 10510 Lucaya Drive, Tampa, Florida 33647 (“Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
