NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 8, 2015, and entered in Case No. 29 2014 CA 003332 HC of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, SCHADENFREUDE SECURITIES, LLC, is the Plaintiff, and DARLET TAYLOR A/K/A DARLET J. TAYLOR, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DARLET TAYLOR A/K/A DARLET J. TAYLOR, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR INVESTAID CORPORATION, and HERITAGE ISLES GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants
