Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will sell the following described property situated in Pinellas County, Florida:
Wet Slip Unit Number A01, MARKER 1 DOCKOMINIUM, a CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 150, Pages 28-31, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded at Official Records Book 15866, Pages 51-180, and all exhibits and amendments thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash on August 7, 2015, beginning at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
