NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 15, 2015 and entered in CASE NO. 2010-CA-003081of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York as trustee for the certificate holders of CWALT, Inc., alternative loan trust 2006-46 mortgage pass-through certificates, series 2006-46 is the Plaintiff and Joseph A. Sullivan; Misty Springs Condominium I Association, Inc.; Unknown Spouse of Joseph A. Sullivan; Unknown Tenants in possession of the subject property are the Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com @ 10:00 AM on the 6th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

BOOK 4929, PAGES 337 THROUGH 413, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 4983, PAGE 667: O.R. BOOK 5080, PAGE 771;O.R. BOOK 5192, PAGE 744; O.R. BOOK 5311, PAGE1141;O.R BOOK 5405, PAGE 1924, OR BOOK 5632, PAGE309; O.R. BOOK 8487, PAGE 855 AND O.R.
