DIJANA BELEGU, INDIVIDUALLY, AND AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF DANIEL STEIN A/K/A DANIEL S. STEIN, et al.,

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 19, 2015, in Case No. 12-000570-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pinellas County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with Amsouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and Dijana Belegu, Individually, and as Personal Representative of The Estate of Daniel Stein A/K/A Daniel S. Stein, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 8th day of July, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 106, Building No. 782, VILLAGE LAKE, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 33, page(s) 11 through 27 inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4829, page(s) 464, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto and any amendments thereto.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
