NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 10, 2015, and entered in Case No. 09-012930-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and Nancy Phan a/k/a Thuy N Phan a/k/a Nuong Phan, et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 7th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 11, BELLEAIR BEACH YACHT CLUB ESTATES UNIT F, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 36, Page(s) 53, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 1041 Gulf Boulevard, Bellair Beach, FL 33786
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
