NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion To Reschedule The Foreclosure Sale Date entered in Civil Case No. 14-001527-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and BLAYLOCK, SCOTT, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pinellas County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on July 9, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment Of Foreclosure, to-wit:
THE EAST 20.00 FEET OF THE WEST 132.00 FEET OF LOT 7, BLOCK 6, BRIGHTON BAY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 120, PAGE 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA.
