NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 28, 2015, and entered in Case No. 52-2013-CA-003673, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE GSAMP TRUST 2006-NC1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-NC1, is Plaintiff and JOHN L. GREEN, JR AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF BONNIE IGLESIAS A/K/A BONNIE D. IGLESIAS; ALICIA DAMIJAN; PAUL J. IGLESIAS; BRUCE J. JENSEN; are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 30th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
FROM A POINT OF BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 13; THENCE RUN NORTH 90 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 12; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGRESS 19 MINUTES 23 SECONDS, EAST 59.96 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 94.39 FEET TO THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF LOT 13; THENCE BY A CURVE TO THE RIGHT, RADIUS 2130 FEET, ARC 60.05 FEET, CHORD NORTH 86 DEGREES 29 MINUTES 31 SECONDS WEST, 60.05 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. SAID TRACT BEING A PORTION OF LOTS 12 AND 13, BLOCK 15, FLORAL VILLA ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
