NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 21, 2015 in Civil Case No. 13-011557-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and LAURA J. HOBERG, DEBRA N. SWETAY, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE ESTATE OF DONNA N. SWETAY, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAURA J. HOBERG, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONNA N. SWETAY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALFRED J. SWETAY, JR., UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, ALFRED J. SWETAY, JR., STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEBRA N. SWETAY, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Donna N. Swetay, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6th day of July, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
All of Lot 7, and Lot 6, LESS the North 45 feet thereof, Block I, CURLEW CITY, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 51, page 19 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, TOGETHER WITH:
That parcel of land lying to the East of All of Lot 7 and Lot 6, LESS the North 45 feet thereof, Block I, CURLEW CITY, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 51, page 19 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, extending to the East line of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 18, Township 28 South, Range 16 East and bounded on the North and South by an easterly extension of the existing North and South boundaries of Grantees' property as hereinabove described.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
