NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 22, 2015 in Civil Case No. 12-000043-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF RAYMOND H. SENDRA, JR., DECEASED, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE , HEATHER L. SENDRA, JANE DOE, JOHN DOE, DISCOVER BANK, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 7th day of July, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 19, NORTH PARK RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
