NOTICE TO CREDITORS: Pursuant to MCL 700.7608 and MCR 5.208(C), please be notified that the above referenced trust's deceased settlor, Ann A. Swift, whose date of birth was December 12, 1926 and whose legal address was 8333 Seminole Boulevard, Apt. 359, Seminole, FL 33772, died on May 5, 2015.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the above referenced trust will be forever barred unless presented to Marybeth Boucher, the Successor Trustee as a result of the settlor's death, at 3843 Sequoia Drive, Lake Orion, MI 48360, within four (4) months after the date of publication of this notice.
