NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22nd, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-004243-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-5 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-5, is Plaintiff and RAINA P. LONGBOTTOM N/K/A RAINA PATRICIA HOLLIDAY, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 6th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 19, Block 1, North East Park Placido Shores Unit No.1, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 31, Page (s) 14, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 711 37th Avenue NE, Saint Petersburg, FL 33704.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
