NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22nd, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-013078-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-8, is Plaintiff and MARY E. GEMELAS, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 6th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
That part of the North 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast, 1/4 of Section 14, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, located according to the plat of property of A & W Glads, Inc., recorded in Plat Book 25, Pages 53-54, Public Records of the Pinellas County, Florida, Described as Follows:
Beginning at a point in the East boundary of Duncan Avenue, which is 1087.3 feet North along said boundary from the Northeast corner of the intersection of Duncan Avenue and Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard; and running thence South 89 Degrees 23'57” East, 135 Feet: thence North Parallel to Duncan Avenue, 70 feet: thence Westerly parallel to the first course, 135 feet; and thence South along Duncan Avenue, 70 feet to the point of Beginning.
Property Address: 111 S Duncan Avenue, Clearwater, FL 33755
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
