TO: Bahaa El Din El Hefnawy and all others who may claim an interest in the above-described 2010 NISSAN INFINITY, VIN JN1CV6AP8AM406344 (hereinafter the “Property”).
Petitioner, BOB GUALTIERI, Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, seized the Property on or about January 21, 2015, at or near 1799 Eagle Ridge Boulevard, Palm Harbor, Pinellas County, Florida, and will file or has filed with the Pinellas County Circuit Court a verified Complaint for Forfeiture to obtain a Finding of Probable Cause as to why the Property should not be forfeited to the use of or sold by Petitioner upon producing due proof that the Property was used in violation of Florida laws dealing with contraband, all pursuant to Section 932.701-.704, Florida Statutes (2014).
