NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated March 31, 2015, entered in Case No. 08-014093-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and John F. Gianfilippo AKA John Gianfilippo AKA John Frank Gianfilippo; Unknown Spouse of John F. Gianfilippo AKA John Gianfilippo AKA John Frank Gianfilippo; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for American Brokers Conduit; Laura L. Gianfilippo AKA Laura Lyn Gianfilippo; Unknown Spouse of Laura L. Gianfilippo AKA Laura Lyn Gianfilippo; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 25th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 45 FEET OF LOT 20 AND THE WEST 35 FEET OF LOT 21, A REPLAT OF BAYSIDE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
