NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 13, 2015, entered in Case No. 08-015017-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York,as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2006-11CB Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-11CB is the Plaintiff and Nedzad Islamovic; Unknown Spouse of Nedzad Islamovic; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees Or Other Claimants; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. ; John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession; Sofia Islamovic; Carmen J Ramos are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 29th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 150 FEET OF LOT 26, SECURITY ACRES SECTION āDā, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 2, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
