NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Order Canceling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 3, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-009121-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR NORMANDY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2013-4, is the Plaintiff and CAYCE WILKERSON & CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA, are Defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on July 20, 2015 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
