NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 14-006766-CI, in which GOSHEN MORTGAGE LLC, AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE FOR GDBT 1 TRUST 2011-1, is Plaintiff, and Michael Grinstead; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; Milan Trust Holdings, LLC; Citifinancial Service, Inc.; Citifinancial Equity Service, Inc. and Park Place Townhomes Property Owners Association, Inc., Defendants, the Clerk of Court for Pinellas County, Florida will sell the following described property situated in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 4, Block 2, Park Place Townhomes, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 124, Page(s) 99 and 100, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Together with an undivided percentage interest in the common elements pertaining thereto at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 am on the 15th day of July, 2015, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
