NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale docketed June 2, 2015, and entered in Case No. 10-016981-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-WFHE3, is the Plaintiff and Cristina Schultheis a/k/a Cristina M. Schultheis, Sean Schultheis a/k/a Sean P. Schultheis, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 2nd day of July 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE SOUTH 65 FEET OF THE NORTH 70 FEET OF LOT 14, BLOCK 11, VIRGINIA GROVES ESTATES FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGES 41 THROUGH 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
