NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 22, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10-006707-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDER BANK OF AMERICA FUNDING 2005-B TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATE SERIES, 2005-B, is Plaintiff and DONNIE VICK, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 10th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 311.05 FEET OF THE NORTH 110 FEET OF THE SOUTH ½ OF THE SE ¼ OF THE NW ¼ OF THE NW ¼ OF SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, ALL LYING, SITUATE AND BEING IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 6039, PAGE 1101, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS THE NORTH 20 FEET THEREOF BEING CONVEYED TO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA BY VIRTUE OF WARRANTY DEED RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3308, PAGE 509, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 3059 Cleveland St., Clearwater, FL
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
