NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure in the above-captioned matter, the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as: Florida Alcoholic Beverage License No. 62-03524, a series 3PS alcoholic beverage license issued for use in Pinellas County, will be sold at public sale by Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on September 1, 2015.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
