NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 21, 2015, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Scot Samis and Keela Samis is the Plaintiff and Estate of Christopher Samis a/k/a Christopher Shaw Samis, Deceased; Martina Samis, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Leinors and Trustees of Christopher Shaw Samis A/k/a Christopher Samis, Deceased and All Other Persons Claiming By, Through, under and Against the Named Defendant(s) are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, In an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on July 22, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 7, BLOCK 7,OF JUNGLE COUNTRY CLUB THIRD ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 15, RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
