YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an amended complaint for: 1) breach of contract, 2) account stated, 3) services rendered and received, 4) unjust enrichment - in the alternative, 5) conversion, and 6) fraud and misrepresentation, has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to it on Scott T. Lyon, Esq., attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is Sedgwick LLP, 3 Park Plaza, 17th floor, Irvine, California 92614 and file an original with the clerk of the above styled court on or before July 27, 2015; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the complaint.
This notice shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Business Observer for Pinellas County, Florida.
