NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 04, 2015, and entered in 52-2009-CA-015366 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2005-2 is the Plaintiff and MYAH INDUSTRIES, INC; MYAH INDUSTRIES INC., AS TRUSTEE OF THE SUNSET FAMILY TRUST #14733 UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF A TRUST AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 13, 2005, NAMED SUNSET FAMILY TRUST #14733; HAYDEN WROBEL; TOWERING RED OAK, LLC; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A JANE DOE are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 01, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 2, SUNSHINE HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 5 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
