NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 13, 2015, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-013965-XX-CICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-62, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-62,, is the Plaintiff and Rex Wilkinson; Unknown Tenant No. 1; Unknown Tenant No. 2; and All Unknown Parties Claiming Interests by through, under or against a named Defendant to this Action, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described, are the Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at, beginning at 10:00 a.m., on June 29, 2015, on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
PARCEL 36, WIDEVIEW SUBDIVISION, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: LOT 7 AND THE SOUTH 16.15 FEET OF LOT 5 AND THE NORTH 16.2 FEET OF LOT 9, BLOCK B, WIDEVIEW SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLATE THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, , FLORIDA.
Property Address: 1034 Hamilton Avenue, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689-2159.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
