PETERSBURG NO. 300, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 97 THROUGH 99, AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3806, PAGE 287, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
