You are notified that an action has been filed by Plaintiff, GOLDEN GATE RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION OF PINELLAS PARK, INC., a Florida corporation, seeking to terminate the occupancy and possessory rights of the defendants and to foreclose its lien against the following real and personal property:
Unit No. 418 of GOLDEN GATE, A COOPERATIVE, which is also known as Golden Gate Mobile Home Community, according to the park plot plan as recorded in the Master Occupancy Agreement recorded in Official Records Book 7283, Page 1894 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida (the “Unit'); and
TOGETHER WITH that certain Membership Certificate Number 128 issued by the Cooperative to Emilio J. Genta or Tina Genta, evidencing their percentage interest in the Cooperative, and any other incident of ownership arising therefrom (the “Certificate”).
The street address of the Property is 82418 New Circle Drive, Lot 418, Pinellas Park, Florida 33781 and the Parcel Identification No. is 27-30-16-31481-000-4180.
TOGETHER WITH that certain 1982 TWIN Doublewide Mobile Home having Vehicle Identification Numbers T26312528A and T26312528B, and Title Numbers 0021633427 and 0021633431, respectively
You are required to serve a copy of a written defense, if any, to David S. Bernstein, Esq., [email protected], and/or Andrew J.
