You are notified that an action has been filed by Plaintiff, GOLDEN GATE RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION OF PINELLAS PARK, INC., a Florida corporation, seeking to terminate the occupancy and possessory rights of the defendants and to foreclose its lien against the following real and personal property:
Unit No. 111 of GOLDEN GATE, A COOPERATIVE, which is also known as Golden Gate Mobile Home Community, according to the park plot plan as recorded in the Master Occupancy Agreement recorded in Official Records Book 7283, Page 1894 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida (the “Unit'); and
TOGETHER WITH that certain Membership Certificate Number 1025 issued by the Cooperative to Ernest Bottomley, evidencing his percentage interest in the Cooperative, and any other incident of ownership arising therefrom (the “Certificate”).
The street address of the Property is 82111 B Street, Pinellas Park, Florida 33781, and the Parcel Identification Number of the Property is 27/30/16/31481/000/1110.
TOGETHER WITH that certain 1970 STAT Mobile Home, having Vehicle Identification Number ST1478, and Title Number 0003721090
You are required to serve a copy of a written defense, if any, to David S. Bernstein, Esq., [email protected], and/or Andrew J. McBride, Esq., [email protected], Plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 150 Second Avenue North, 17th Floor, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, within 30 days from the first date of publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiff's Complaint.
