NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 2, 2015, entered in Case No. 09-006516-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Randolph A. Mabry; Unknown Spouse of Randolph A. Mabry; Regions Bank; Wachovia Bank, N.A.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2;; Brooke Credit Corporation are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 26 AND 26A, LESS THAT PORTION OF LOT 26A RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 7905, PAGE 1702, HORIZON ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80, PAGES 72 AND 73 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF FINELLAS COUNTY, FLOIRDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
