NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 15, 2015, entered in Case No. 14-004298-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Ventures Trust 2013-I-H-R is the Plaintiff and Ronald Brose a/k/a Ronald L. Brose; Denise Brose a/k/a Denise W. Brose a/k/a Denise L. Brose; Citibank, N.A., successor by merger to CitiCorp Trust Bank, FSB; Unknown Tenant # 1; Unknown Tenant # 2 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 29th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK E, SALINA'S EUCLID PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
