Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 24, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 13, LESS THE NORTH 55 FEET THEREOF, AND LOT 14, LESS THE NORTH 55 FEET AND LESS THE EAST 21.50 FEET THEREOF, BLOCK 152, TOGETHER WITH THE EAST ½ OF VACATED ALLEY LYING WEST OF AND ADJACENT TO SAID LOT 13, DESCRIBED, AND LYING BETWEEN THE NORTH AND SOUTH LOT LINES OF LOT 13, DESCRIBED AS SAID LINES ARE EXTENDED WESTERLY TO C/L OF SAID VACATED ALLEY, SECOND ADDITION TO PINELLAS PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 8 AND 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 7747 71ST AVE N, PINELLAS PARK, FL 33781; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on July 6, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
