HARRIS, as Trustee of the Marshall S. Harris Trust u/t/d July 16, 1993, is the Plaintiff, and WILLIAM S. BOOZER and LORI A. BOOZER, husband and wife, WILLIAM S. BOOZER, individually, LORI A. BOOZER, individually, PAUL OLIVEIRA, individually, and THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, are the Defendant(s).
