NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 18, 2015, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-002414-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas as Trustee for RALI 2006-QS3 is the Plaintiff and David Nieves; Sara Nieves; Unknown Spouse of David Nieves; State of Florida, Department of Revenue; Unknown Tenant in Possession of the Subject Property; State of Florida; Sunshine State Financial Services, LLC are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 14th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 57, WRENWOOD HEIGHTS, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 138, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
