NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 2, 2015, entered in Case No. 2014-CA-004649-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage Inc., successor by merger to Principal Residential Mortgage Inc. is the Plaintiff and P. Jeffrey Goldstein a/k/a Philip Goldstein a/k/a Phillip Jeffrey Goldstein; Unknown Spouse of P. Jeffrey Goldstein a/k/a Philip Goldstein a/k/a Phillip Jeffrey Goldstein; Ian Stuart Goldstein; Unknown Spouse of Ian Stuart Goldstein are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 7th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 442, PARK MANOR ESTATES UNIT ELEVEN “B”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 98, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
