NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 2, 2015, entered in Case No. 2014-CA-009741-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Navy Federal Credit Union is the Plaintiff and Cynthia Fulton a/k/a Cindy Fulton a/k/a Cynthia A. Fulton; Unknown Spouse of Cynthia Fulton a/k/a Cindy Fulton a/k/a Cynthia A. Fulton; Lori Meadows a/k/a Lori J. Meadows; Unknown Spouse of Lori Meadows a/k/a Lori J. Meadows; Navy Federal Credit Union; Rio Pinar East Homeowner's Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 7th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 48, RIO PINAR EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 146 AND 147, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
