NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 7, 2015, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-001823-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, As Trustee Relating to the Chevy Chase Funding LLC Mortgage Backed Certificates, Series 2005-2 is the Plaintiff and Luis Edwardo Martinez; Jennifer S. Martinez f/k/a Jennifer S. Evans; Marble Head Homeowners Association, Inc.; Amsouth Bank; Unknown Tenant(s); Clerk of Courts, Orange County; Maria C. Perez; Orange County, Florida are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 9th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 121, MARBLE HEAD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 113 THROUGH 115, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
