NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 10, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-012639-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC HOLDINGS, LLC is Plaintiff and VALERIE DUVAL-JONES, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on July 15, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
