NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed 12th day of May, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-015167-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST JORGETE IBRAHIM ACARIE F/K/A JORGETE IBRAHIM CHANG A/K/A JORGETE CHANG, DECEASED; GABRIELE SATO A/K/A GABRIEL SATO; BEATRIZ SATO; RICARDO CHANG, A MINOR; KRISTOFER GOULD, A MINOR; VIVIANE ACARIE AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF JORGETE IBRAHIM ACARIE F/K/A JORGETE IBRAHIM CHANG A/K/A JORGETE CHANG; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; HOLDEN RIDGE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 14th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, HOLDEN RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGES 80 AND 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
