NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 21, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-018265-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff, and ROBBY MAHADEO, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23 day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 10208, Phase 8, VISTA CAY AT HARBOR SQUARE, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium, and all it attachments and amendments, as recorded in Official Records Book 8613, Page 1168, as amended by First Amendment to Declaration as recorded in Official Records Book 8620, Page 3104, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida. Together with an undivided interest in the common elements and all appurtenances hereunto appertaining and specified in said Declaration of Condominium.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
