NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Defendant's Motion to Vacate Final Judicial Sale and Objection to Issuance of Certificate of Title dated March 19, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-015517-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein PRINCIPAL BANK, is Plaintiff, and JOSE SIO, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23 day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 31, OF LAKE SHEEN RESERVE PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, AT PAGES 43 THROUGH 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
