NOTICE is hereby given that, Tiffany Moore Russell, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, will on the 9th day of July, 2015, at 11:00 o'clock A.M., EST, via the online auction site at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, F. S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Orange County, Florida, to wit:
