Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure In Rem, dated May 14, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 2009-CA-021981-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE IN TRUST FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS FOR CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST INC. 2006-AMC1, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AMC1 is the Plaintiff, and LISA STEPHENSON, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
Lot 1, Block 4, North Ocoee Addition, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book O, Page 68, Public Records of Orange County, Florida. This is given in fulfillment of that certain articles of agreement dated December 22, 1995, recorded on December 22, 1995, in Official Records Book 4991, Page 2001, all filed in the Records of Orange County, Florida.
