NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 11, 2015, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-0000841 of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff and WILFRED OSAGIE ALIU OTOKITI; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; CENTRAL FLORIDA EDUCATORS' FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; THE CITRUS OAKS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITRUS OAKS LANDINGS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 7/16/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
